SMART Program for Attention and Stress Management

The goal of this program (Stress Management and Resiliency Training) is to promote skills to achieve relaxation and connectedness to self and others by decreasing the physical, emotional, mental and behavioral effects of stress and to improve focus and attention. Modules are 12 sessions.
